HALLOWEEN CUT-OFF DATE 2026

Halloween is one of our busiest seasons of the year. To give your order the best chance of arriving before Halloween (October 31st), please place your order as early as possible and follow the recommended cut-off dates below.

Please note: The cut-off dates are based on our estimated processing and shipping times. Orders placed after the recommended cut-off date may still arrive before Halloween, but delivery before October 31st cannot be guaranteed.

📦 ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All Gearhumans products are made to order. After your payment is successfully authorized and verified, your order will enter production.

  • Estimated Processing Time: 7–10 business days
  • Processing time is separate from shipping time and is required before your package can be handed over to the shipping carrier. During high-volume holiday periods such as Halloween, processing may take longer than usual.

🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

Once production is completed and your package has been shipped, the estimated transit times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days
    Express Shipping: 7-10 business days

Please keep in mind that these are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your destination, carrier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, and seasonal shipping volume.

⚠️ IMPORTANT HALLOWEEN SHIPPING NOTICE

Due to the significant increase in Halloween orders, Express Shipping will be temporarily unavailable from September 20th.

From September 20th through October 30th, only Standard Shipping will be available.

If you place an order after the recommended Halloween cut-off date, we will still process and ship your order as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that it will arrive before October 31st.

Please refer to the cut-off date chart below for each product category.

We strongly recommend ordering before the listed date rather than waiting until the final day, especially for personalized products or orders shipping internationally.

📍 TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow some time for the carrier to scan your package and update the tracking information after shipment. Gearhumans also provides an online order tracking page.
